Mr. K. R. ANAND graduated with Honours in English Language and Literature in 1998 from LNMU, Darbhanga. Subsequently, he completed his LLB from LNMU, Darbhanga and enrolled as an Advocate in 2007. He has been a dedicated and active member of the Supreme Court Bar Association since 2008. With over 17 years of experience, Mr. ANAND has established himself as a proficient advocate practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, specializing in diverse branches of law. During this period, he has meticulously drafted hundreds of petitions, applications, and affidavits filed in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and has represented numerous clients as an arguing counsel in several cases. His tenure as a Panel Advocate for the Union of India from 2012 to 2014 saw him represent the Union and its various departments in crucial matters before the Supreme Court. Though his primary place of practice is the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Mr. ANAND frequently appears in various High Courts and before other judicial fora, including the NCLT, NCLAT, SAT (Securities Appellate Tribunal), DRT, DRAT, and Consumer Forums, such as the State Commissions and National Commission.
His extensive legal acumen spans a wide range of legal domains, including Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Securities Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law.
